Our CCTV cameras and offsite monitoring enables our guards to detect any suspicious behaviour or activity and provide a rapid response to manage any issue. This includes sending mobile patrol guards to your property or notifying and assisting emergency services.

Mobile guards also undertake regular inspections to check your premises for any signs of suspicious activity, vandalism or maintenance requirements. This includes risk assessments, health and safety checks and site surveys to look at meter readings and identify water damage and taking preventative measures for legionnaires disease. Reports are provided to property managers to alert you of any maintenance requirements.

If your property is vacant due to COVID-19 lockdowns or it is situated in a remote location, our guards will conduct external and internal assessments. This identifies potential squatters, deters trespassing, and ensures doors and windows are regularly checked and you are notified of any maintenance issues. Our security personnel will carry out front of house monitoring for occupied buildings with measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Even if a building is occupied during the day, our guards visit properties that we manage regularly to check that entry points and windows are secure after office hours. Our key holding service means that our mobile patrol guards have keys to access your property and conduct checks as required.
