Business Development Manager
Key responsibilities:
Marketing and sales of the security services and other products and undertaking how a security business works
Intelligence gathering on potential customers and competitors and actively building good working relationships in order to achieve sales
Seeking out and assessing marketing opportunities and target markets and speaking to decision makers
Applying sales processes in an active and effective way
Maintain business relationships and develop sales with existing customers
Developing and following leads for new sales opportunities with successful outcomes
Marketing, sales and services development and attaining set sales targets
Submitting effective quotations, pre-tender proposals and tenders.
Being creative and developmental for the business.
Have a working knowledge of business accounts.
Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of the security industry may be an advantage but training will be given
Ability to learn quickly
Computer literate together with excellent presentation skills
Apply sales techniques and processes (quote and tender)
Sales and financial management experience
Pro active and self motivated to achieve all targets
Excellent communication skills
Be able to negotiate and influence at all levels
Remuneration:
£26k plus on target earnings related commission of £15k per annum and benefits.

Apprentice for Marketing Department
We require an apprentice to work in our marketing department along side our Business Development Manager to help generate new business opportunities in line with the company’s business plan.
You will work closely with the Business Development Manager, attending customer sites, assisting with the construction of tender and quotation documents. You will be involved in a high level of telephone activity, writing business letters and sending out information packs via mail and email and other administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is competent using a computer, is flexible and organised and is able to work unsupervised.
Taxi Marshal, Warrington £10 per hour
The general purpose of this role is to provide a co-ordinating and expeditiously service to hackney vehicles within the Warrington town centre.
Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential, as training will be given. Successful Applicants must have excellent communication skills, tact and diplomacy, be trustworthy, and have the good timekeeping skills and be reliable.
You must hold an SIA Licence. Advantageous if Police, Security or Military background
Work Pattern: Saturday – 12:30am – 04:30am – 4 hours
Sunday – 12:30am – 04:30am – 4 hours
These hours and days may vary on special event days and as ordered by the client where a Bank Holiday is on a Monday.
Security Officer - Cheshire & Greater Manchester Weekend Cover
The general purpose of the role is to perform security duties, external patrols of premises and monitoring access and egress on a site and all general security work. Experience of working in a similar role is preferred. Successful Applicants must be observant, trustworthy and have good communication skills. Successful Applicants must also have a 5 year checkable work history. The role requires complete flexibility in the times and days worked and will require shift work over the weekend. SIA Licence and full driving Licence is essential.
